I finally got the search box to work and I now see there are a few discussions relating to trance, but if anyone can give me a link to one that has the most info that would be great...I got 16 pages in the search and that's a lot to look through :(

Has anyone ever experienced an OOBE or a near one whilst listening to a self hypnosis track? I felt that I was close to one whilst listening to a Paul McKenna track, I know there isn't much scientific evidence stating what brainwaves are going on exactly whilst being in a trance state, but it has been mentioned that they are similar to someone meditating or just before you go to sleep, sorry in advance if this topic has been done to death ;)
