Yeah, I'm like 14 and I just got interested in the subject of astral traveling/projection.  Can anyone give me some basic or important info on it?  I'd also like to hear some methods which are not complicated or that take too long on how to do it.  I've heard something about frequencies that can cause this affect, if anyone can tell me more about that.
