First, I would like to say that I am new to forums in general, I've never been big on them so if this is in the wrong section or anything like that. So, back to the title of my post and what it means...Since joining astral pulse, I have been introduced to a wealth of information, a vast ocean if you will. However, being that I am so inexperienced, I must admit that I have become overwhelmed, I don't really know where to start :-(
So, if there's anyone that would like to help me out, please feel free.
I'm sure that most people are probably a little overwhelmed when they first come to a strange forum such as this one. Just take it one day at a time and try not to think about it.
So, what made you decide to join this forum instead of all the other cool ones out there? :-D
From the home page, I would start working through the first couple sections on the page (the Astral Projection pages) and the FAQ section.
Feel free to ask questions as much as you need to. This place exists to help.
Oh, check the Astral Projection Permanent Pages

Well, this one caught my attention. The others didn't. Haha simple enough, right?
Sure, I guess if you like astral projection but it won't help you with the ladies. :-D

thats what im sayin! who needs them anyways... :-D
So, are you interested in learning how to astral project or did you have something else in mind?
Well that is really what I had in mind. Lately, well at least over the last 6 months, I've been having this feeling that there is more out there than what we see on a day to day basis. Not to mention, I have EXTREME deja vu. The research into deja vu ultimately led me here.
There's more out there than you can imagine that's for sure.
I'm afraid I don't know very much about deja vu. I have a lot of precognitive dreams, which might be pretty similar.

I disagree.
One of the most important things I've learned is that lowering of EGO is mandatory for projections. Implementation of that in your everyday life will improve your social skills.
Just don't tell them your've been projecting in other dimantions on the first date :-D
If your overwhelmed and don't know where to start, I suggest starting off very simple. All you really have to do is close your eyes and relax, and just kind of passively observe what comes and goes in your thoughts, and even what you see behind your eyelids. Do your best to ignore outside sensory input, and stay relaxed. Stay open minded as to what you'll experience - drop expectations. And don't overdo it either - I suggest anywhere from 10 to 45 minutes a day or every 2-3 days. Any longer than that might cause frustration.
I'm convinced that if you do this for a little while (maybe a few days, maybe a few weeks), eventually something will happen that will spark your interest and push you forward. If you want to get more active with it, there are a lot of tips in the Astral FAQ and Permanent Astral Topics sections.
I know exactly what you feel. I guess I cannot call myself new to these forums. I have been around posting and reading, but still I feel there is a lot of exploration to be done. I am just taking it easy.

I can relate to your feelings, being a gamer by nature I would describe this place as one of the only "pro" energy working sites on the internet.
