Pain in my eyes when I get the falling sensation?

I notice the last few times I get my falling sensations I get an extreme sharp pain in my eyes. Has anyone experienced this? It hasn't happened before. Maybe I am to in touch with my physical?

Try to summon all of your awareness to the location of the pineal gland which is located around the center of the skull. This should immediately clear up any pressure in the eyes. And also this will help calm your mind from random thoughts while practicing for a projection. Below is a picture of the pineal gland location.

That is a good suggestion.  If it does not work try to believe that it does not hurt.  Keep saying it does not hurt until it does not hurt anymore.
