I've said it before, if you're a beginner, first check with your shrink or doctor to approve this procedure for your, because it is not advisable for people who are suffering from certain conditions.

If I would ask my doctor if I'm healthy for AP she would tell me to refer to a psychatrist!

I have never had a full AP but when i was trying i was kind of paralyzed.  Does that have anything do to wit APing?
