Hey all,

After reading another post last night on nightmares, I ended up having a nightmare :) but while waking I slowly faded back into consciousness but I didn't move or open my eyes (which is strange for me) my body felt tingly but I could still feel it and if I tried I probably would have been able to move but chose not to.  But I could not move my jaw or tongue, yet I could feel the drool running out of my mouth. I stayed like this for what felt like 2 or 3 minutes, I then got up to use the toilet.

Does this sound like sleep paralysis or partial paralysis. I haven't felt anything like this before. Any comments are appreciated

Thanks

You have experienced a sleep paralysis, which is the perfect condition for OBE. If at that moment you didnt just lay there, but instead you  had started thinking of being somewhere else, you would have probably projected. Another thing you can do at times like this is to start thinking about buzzing inside your body. Increase it and spread it all over your body and when you feel like your head is filling up with all that energy, quickly think that you are standing next to your bed, and you will be projected.

Yay, finally some progress

Thanks for the quick reply lightbeam, hopefully next time I can remember to try your suggestions, that is if I can make it happen again

Thanks again, I'm getting excited now
