Binaural Beats

Do binaural beats work? I have a 20min mp3. beat called eternal peace and i think they work quite well but they cant seem to get me to the pre- projection stage, so what is your views on BB?

they help entrain the brain, ie put you in trance.

they will not induce projection on their own, they will only help you get into the right state of mind.

so yea, in that sense, they work.

once in the trance is it down to keeping awareness or what, this is what gets me everytime?
