A question about focus 10

I have a question about Focus 10 of the Monroe model:

I've been using Wave 1, Track 2 (introduction to focus 10) for about a week, but I'm not exactly sure what I'm experiencing. I know total body disassociation is supposed to happen for an OBE/AP, but can you still experience your senses from focus 10? (Mind awake, body asleep). I get sensations that I've read about - vibrations, sounds, fleeting pictures. And I "click-out" a lot. But I can also feel the wind from my fan blowing, or a slight itch occasionally. Sometimes I feel the need to control my breath so my body doesn't make a quick gasp. (Sometimes when I do make a quick gasp, It feels like I'm kind of "bouncing" in my body.) Can I do this from focus 10, or do I have a ways to go? When I'm done with the CD, I feel GOOD. Like I've just woken up and/or had a good massage. Is it time for Track 3 or should I stick with this for a while?

A little background: I first read Monroe (Ultimate Journey) when I was 18 and began meditating and trying then. I had 1 OBE then. (It was funny - I found myself floating up by my ceiling and FREAKED. I started waving my arms and legs around trying to grab onto something and then saw myself lying in bed and instantly snapped back.) I couldn't do it again though. I kept meditating on and off over the next several years. Now I'm 27 and was introduced to the Brainwave Generator this past February. Then I found Bruce's NEW energy ways and used those exercises in conjunction. Also, this forum has been EXTREMELY helpful. Reading a little bit every day helps keep me focused.

Thanks everyone,
Stookie

This should clear some things up. Read everything you can by Frank, his techniques and linear Focus model, "the road map",  have been like rocket fuel for my progress.

Read all the permanent topics and astral FAQ's, they will help alot.

Thanks for the reply.  I've read a lot of Frank's stuff and have subscribed to his newsletter, which is awesome. I've read that 1st thread, but the 2nd one had slipped passed me somehow. It was a great read. From it, it seems that I tend to reach a light Focus 10 state.

Quote...but the key is the muted sensory perception if you do pay attention.

This muted sensory perception of the cutaneous senses has to be distinguished from numbness of the body due to bad circulation. While the sensations are similar, it is easy to tell the difference. While in focus 10, simply touch or move the fingers of your hand, and you will feel your sense of touch quickly returning. In contrast, if the numbness was due to bad circulation, it will take around 30-60 seconds of stimulating the nerves for your sense of touch to become fully operational.

I've read tons of material over the years, but when it comes down to actual experience, questions still arise. I guess I've just been trying to figure out the Focus 10 state before I go any further to avoid disappointment. So far it's been very exciting though...
