Help Needed!

Hi guys,
I haven't posted on here in a while as I sort of gave up trying for a bit as I'm still at school and have been quite busy. I need a sort of beginners guide on how to start AP as I have completely forgotten the methods I was previously using. If anyone can help me begin as this time I intend to stick through until I can do it.

Read the sticky posts at the top of the forum sections I don't think anybody will feel like explaining the whole process everything have been well explained somewhere on the forum and we all learned by searching. Find your method stick with it and when you have questions about something in particular come and ask it here. The goal is to focus your attention somewhere else than in the physical so find something that works for you.
