Ok so last night I attempted another Out of body experience, This time I quieted my mind and focused on the ringing in my ears. I have a loud ringing in my ears all the time (which I dont focus on but when I do I hear it) and I read that if you focus on this pitch it can help you have an OBE.

I had a target in mind, eventually for a very brief moment I felt like I was outside somewhere and could see tall treese around me, but I instantly regained normal mental awreness and awoke in my body, I know I was never asleep but I believe I was in a long period of mental chatter that I was completely unaware of before I winded up outside for a brief moment.

I remember having many thoughts before I winded up outside but I blieve I was in this mental unaware state but not alseep, does that make sence?

How Can I get better from here?

 Congratulations it sounds like you had a "brief" OBE. Don't be discouraged by the fact that it was brief, that's what happens in the beginning. You will get better with practice.
