So up until last night i believed that astral projection were possible but i wasn't completely convinced. i wasn't sure if my experience was related to astral projection, i felt that what i had seen was just my mind starting to fall asleep. I was waiting for a Ride at my friends house late one night, and i was tired so i decided to rest before that person got there. So i was relaxing but trying to stay awake. My experience felt so real though. I felt like i was walking down a sidewalk, but either way i was walking and i lifted my hands in front of my face, they went from young looking to shriveling right before my eyes. When i snapped out of it i felt that it had to to do with astral projection but i didn't make a big deal of it. Then last night i purchased Astral Dynamics, and when i started skimming the book, i found the diagram of the real-time hands and the effect of looking at them. I started crying i was so overwhelmed. I did believe in the powers of the mind, but it was so shocking to have proven myself capable. Proof makes things so much more believable. I dont know. I cant express what this makes me feel. I just turned eighteen and life really is changing for me.

Well I had a similar experience recently during a particularly realistic LD/OBE.

I was hovering outside my house by the eves at roof-level when I decided to push my hand through the wall... It went in easily, like pushing a knife into butter.  At the same time I noticed that my hand was making a kind of tunnel in the brickwork.. strange.  When i pulled it back out and looked at my hand, the fingers started melting away to little stumps.   I don't know if this was due to suggestion (because I've already read AD) but it took me quite by surprise.

I then decided to push my head into the wall, but the effect of this was unexpected... a little rectangular window appeared in the brickwork which opened up and gave me a view of the room inside.   As I continued to look into the room... the same thing happened as my gaze fell on the next wall... another rectangular window opened up and I had a view of the next room.  This continued all the way through the house until I could see out into the garden on the other side.  At this point i kind of shifted through all of these windows and was in the garden... weird!!

its crazy, to feel that capable ya know? Ha the best part is, the night i wrote my last post, an owl flew right by my passenger side widow and when i looked it up in my animal speak book it just happened to mention that symbollically owl stands for clairivoyance and astral projection. Ive never seen an owl outside of confinement before.
