Wizard,
I am in the same exact position as you.  I feel myself spinning, and I'm almost out- but hten it stops.  people have told me that this is because I think about my body again.  Don't pay attention to the vibrations.  Just concentrate REEEEEAAAAAAALLLLLYYYYY hard on whatever technique you are using to get out of your body.  If you pay attention to your physical body, it will wake up.  I have also heard, however, that it takes LOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAADDDDS of practice before you can get this right.  Try having lucid dreams, first.  If it means enough to you, you will keep trying.  Set aside a time to travel everyday.  one day, when you least expect it, you will be out of your physical body!  This could take years, but I've heard it's worth the wait!

I need that extra little push which only experience can give. So if you have a clue, please respond.

I get very relaxed, I enter the trance state, dip into sleep, come back from the edge, don't feel my body, hypnogogic effects. Then a tingling feeling rushes through my whole body for a second or two and that's it, nothing.

Also wondering what these famous vibrations are all about. Please describe in detail. And, as far as I can tell, no separation technique should be applied until the heart beat and vibrations come, correct?

Doing the NEW exercises religiously. Most of my attempts are in the morning/daytime.

Is this just going to take practice and persistence? Been at it for a year. Thank you in advance for your feedback.
