Cheeze, it really depends on how much you think about sex, and what your objective is when you AP. In general, if "making a mess" were an issue for you, you would already be taking precautions before going to bed, in case you had a dream.

SO, don't worry about it! Sheets are washable anyway.

Ok then, I guess I should just get back to practicing. Although I can remember my dreams better, nothing. On a normal night, it takes me an hour 1 fall asleep anyways, so it's kinda hard to judge when my body did fall asleep for me.

its been my experiance that an orgasm in the astral is not physical, but more emotional/mental. if your young with overactive hormones this may be different; however, trying to 'protect' yourself would be, if not impossible, very distracting.

I have been very interested in AP for this past 2 days, and on 3 occassions, almost achieved it. I read that if u fill your mind with the subject, your subconscious will help. Anyways, I have been reading topics from then on, and came across the article on Astral Sex, and how it could accidently occur without one even noticing and still have a physical orgasm. Does that mean I should wear something to prevent a mess when my AP session gets cut short?
