How would I make my own atstral travel inducing mp3's?

I'm a musician, singer song writer. I was wondering if I could make
my own astral travel mp3's and what would it require? I heard
that it is best to put different frequency's in each ear. I was
wondering what would be the best frequency's and could I add
subliminal messages to aid in the astral seperation? Any advice
or help would be great. I use Cakewalk SHS6 and I have a keyrig
49(midi keyboard) and can access most sounds, including strings.
