All that methods are efficiently way to OBE. But, you must to be patient and to persevere or you don't go anywhere.
Robert Bruce has done an excellent and superb study at your "Treatise on Astral Projection". Study it. Follow it. Practice it. Perservere on it. World will exist until 1.000.000.000 years more. Don't despair, then. )

Hi everybody,
I'm new here and I don't even speak English very well, but you will understand. Last year at this time I found something about AP on the internet and I liked it VERY much! First i found some methods from Jerry Gross and I've been trying it for about 3 months and nothing. Then I started to seek for something new with more details and i found some free classes, but they were just TOO satanysthic for me (I'm christian). In the meanwhile I found few easy methods and just practising almost every day for hours! Finaly I found this site and downloaded huge colection of different stuff. Again nothing. Only when I dream sick dreams I can wake up. And nobody can say that i'm not trying enough. I'm realy desperate. So many lost time! Please help!
