Alright so I layed down and I was breathing in and breathing out and just relaxing on my bed attempting to have a OBE. After about 3 minutes of doing this, I had this warm tingling sensation go down my body. I don't know what it's called but it's something like when your teacher scratches the chalk board but in a good way. For example when you listen to a sad song and sometimes you get that tingling feeling. So I was getting this feeling and it was kind of increasing. But nothing really happened, please help me what I am doing wrong here? I Tried to imagine my self floating but I never went to astral plane. :(

i don't think you are doing anything wrong, that is sort of how it began for me. just stick with it -it also helps to not get too excited or have any apprehensions. good journeys to you!
