i think that " rise her from yourself and give her your love " means that in order for her to realize that you love her, you have to sacrifice something you love for her. I think that the guy who said that is your unconcious self trying to give you a hand because it is taking up too much room in your mind , which is causing " this guy" to show up.

I agree with Shenron, but you should not fear the astral plane, fear itself will cause you to encounter these negative entities.  Just realize that the true you is enternal, nothing can truly harm you.

It could have all been for you just to project.  It might not have anything to do with the girl in reality.  After you talked to the boy you began a projection, so it's possible that you just encountered a scenerio in your dream that your higher self made in order to help you get out of your body.

I have projected a few times, through sleep...

One time was amazing !  

I saw in my dream

(in the morning I was I think half awake and I knew that i am seeing the dream) (( normaly I think in dreams, that all what happens is reality, but sometimes I am able to know, that i am seeing the dream))

, that I was walking in park and there was little lake and nice graas on the ground...

I saw a pench and on it was sitting one girl... the one I really love (in real world) but I think, that she doesent love me

well she was smiling... so I walked a bit away and  I thought, that so sad that she doesent love me...

And now comes the best part...

One boy or young man came to me... and she seemd friendly and I think I felt like I know this guy

He sayd: (my translation... english is not my home language)

Rise her from your self and give her your love...

ok.. so I tried, and something Worked ! I felt vibrations, through my body and my head... I stopped...

I tried again... and then I realised, that I am riseing my astral body from... so I thought, that ok... I will project...

Then I tried it again and suddenly I was like falling and twisting around in the air... then I felt this... a bit Horrible and creepy fibrations and after that, firstly I dint feel my face, then my body and then my legs

and then I was able to see my rooms wall and I was stuff... I couldnt move... I was seeing through my hands and then suddenly I succeseeded to move my handsand and after 4 seconds OBE I thought, that I am not going any further...

and I returned and woke...

But I am sceared of astral plane... I have read, that on astral plane does live evil deemons and also anorganic monsters are hunting on asteal plane... and also I have been taken to some other plane (not astral plane) by some human, who had ENERGY Stripes around hes body... and When I was taken to another plane, I thought that i have woken up, but then it was just SO HORRIBLE and Terrifing, that I tried to Screem loudly and was so frightened

I will write about it very soon... right now I am just too tired...

Well please tell me, what do you think about this Boy or a young man, and what was his plans (What did he mean by this, that rise her from your self and give her your love )
