Did I do it?

Captain WTF

So, I've been trying this for about a year maybe and I think I did it! I usually only 6 and a half hours of sleep and I have study hall first period. Today I didn't have any work so I tried to sleep/meditate. I was just sitting there with my head in my arms and I might have fallen asleep. Whatever happened, I suddenly became awear that my whole body was numb. Now, the only time I've ever devoted to this was when I was going to sleep. Every time I had fallen asleep with my hands numb and my feet kind of numb. I started to notice that whenever I focused on seeing things in my head I heard strange voices moaning at me. I started to move around and noticed that I was moving but could still feel myself laying down. I kept thinking that I might be moving in real life the whole way through. I tried to climb up a rope and the second I started to come up I lost control like when you're in a dream. I was suddenly teleported in front of a building. I tried to teleport to my school but, figured that the city would be more fun. I saw a lemming(the green haired ones in the video game) with really long hair. Apparently, i was that lemming. So, I tried to fly as I have always wanted to. I tried to get the lemming to go away and when it did my vision went blurry and I woke up.

Now, sometime during this I found myself on my couch with my laptop. I dropped it and couldn't find it. Was this a dream/phasing or what? It was really amazing and got me back into this. I've never tried this without being in my bed at night. Keep in mind I had just woken up. Do you think I'll be able to do this without just have woken up?

Hi Captain

I would class that as an "experience".  If you want to break it down into dream/phasing etc, that's up to you.  I tend to lump all mine together as it gets mighty difficult at times to distinguish one from the other.

I have a hard time classifying mine, therefore I'm not even going to hazard a guess what yours was - only you really can decide.

Voices and noises are normal.  Green lemmings are not normal, but seeing "odd" things is, so in a way it's normal  :-D

Just waking up is probably the easiest time for this to happen.  It can be done other ways - there are loads of methods in the Permanent Section.
