-i've been trying to ap but i can't (heart beating fast vibrations and stuff like that ; rope technique; music; 30 min of not moving)none of that worked !
-about 20 min a go a friend of mine came in "ap state" (i mean she was in astral) and tried to get me out of my body ...i felt like she was pulling my arms and legs (yea i've texted her and i felt what she did precisely) but it didnt worked

Hrn. I have to say I haven't heard of anyone having conscious realization of someone trying to pull them out from the astral, I reckon it was just your imagination, no offense meant.
However, if it is your first time do not expect it to happen. You have to keep trying at it and unless you are an amazing natural you won't be able to do it from consciousness unless it is when you're going to sleep. To get good at it we all have to keep trying and failing every night. Then one night, it will work! Then maybe two weeks or the next day, it will work again! and it slowly gets more consistent, but you must keep practicing it.
Also, has your friend APed before? If not they may have just slipped into a lucid dream.
it's hard to explain but if a demon or something else comes near me i can feel it ...(not always but..) and if it touches me i can sens that too
and yea my friend if she wants to ap in 20 sec she is out of her body...:)) it's cool and lol she can see aura/spirits my energy balls and manipulations ..so she is developed very much
Edit: and the thing is something prevents me from getting out ... and i have to say my skills with energy aint that poor ...ex i can make balls of energy \ send \recive \charge \ discharge \emanate and the best of things make protections ... earlier this evening my friend tried to come into my room while ap state but she couldn't becouse of and quote "something is preventing me " and i realized that 1-2 days ago ive made a protection on my room cuz all the things came here ...like a spirit highway .. :lol: and with one thought i've made a modification to the shield(i've said "let only her trough" ) and when she came second time she could pass trough ...so i'm not that retard :))
Eh, I'm not overly experienced with all other types of spiritual possibilities and such so I will let a senior poster answer you better than I can :P
All I can say is you have a very lucky friend and you are too :)

Answer is that your friend is fighting a tug of war between herself and your subconscious willpower to stay put.
Suffice to say that your subconscious willpower is going to win everytime.

Perhaps that is why she cannot pull you out, because you have not been out before on your own?
well ive been out but not consciously i mean ive been dragged once by 2 spirits ...like 2-3 years ago but now i cant get out on my own

You can't get out because you're probably doing something just not quite right.
This takes loads of practice for most of us. :)
I do find it hard to believe that you got "dragged out" by two spirits.
If spirits could "drag" people out of their bodies, it would happen a lot and would probably cause quite a stir. ;)
well those 2 spirits put me to choose between 3 things...i dont remember them but it was like my future my path in future like prophecy or some kind....read about indigo children ....i think that i am one of them(i mean by characteristics and age and everything) i'm still looking for the meaning of that but i could tell that those were powerful spirits angels/deamons ..dont know which
but still yea it is possible to get dragged out of your body ..my friend was pulled out by her father so ...ain't extraordinary

Just another term to explain away kids have parents who shouldn't have kids.
Chris, I think you answered your questions as you asked them-

It seems to me that subconsciously you feel you have to learn something more- the question is, what do you think you need to learn? You said you're sensitive (clairsentient?) and know how to manipulate energy.
The question is, what kind of exit sensations do you get, and what do you do when you get them?
Another thing is, if you got dragged out by two other beings (I'd call them projectors, because I also don't think spirits can do it unless you give them permission), what happened right after that? Were you happy? Were you panicked?
It's possible that this event set up a fear reaction that was pushed to your subconscious, and you have to take extra measures to take care of it.
Anyway, that's my two cents of the minute.
well when u cant do a thing that means u have to learn...i'm not suggesting that i have to learn anything but if i must i will learn cuz i realy want to make astral projections consciously (i can remember some vivid dreams..very vivid and i think that those are ap but dont know exactly) the sensation are : heart racing (pumping very fast) and tickles all over my body (aka energy building ) and i try to keep them alive as more as possible but when i breath (in or out) it kinda disappears and i'm back at square zero.
when i was dragged i was not happy nor panicked i was drained of energy like a drugged up prisoner :-D and i told u they put me to choose 3 things ( i cant remember) it was important like my path or something so i think that they had permission :P
Then, instead of focusing on a goal (which doesn't seem to be working) ask for guidance as to what you're supposed to do, more insight on what you picked out of the three things. Who knows what can happen from then on.
The best thing to do in my opiniong would be to go to sleep while not thinking about AP'ing.
Thinking about it puts you off somehow.
well i aint thinking about ap'ing from some time now but no i didnt have any ap or something like that...only some lucid dreams :P
last night i tried again...i got the vibration state in like 10 min max and i forced myself out but i still couldnt get out :( this time the vibes were long to last ..until i gave up :(

I always post this when someone says they're reaching the vibrational state and then not being able to separate.
It's a good idea to always do a reality check as soon as the vibrations have subsided, just in case you have separated and not realised it. When you first separate, it often feels no different from just being awake. This fooled me many times when I was first learning. It was only when I started doing the check that I realised all those times I thought I had failed, I'd actually been projecting. I would just presume that I was awake and then continue into normal dreaming. If you do a check you can be sure one way or the other.
A good check is to pinch your nose and try to breathe through it. If you can breathe through your pinched nose you have projected.
well of course i am doing reality check....as long as i can feel my pillow or anything else it's not a projection...i just woke up from trying to ap (ive tried 3 times then i fallen asleep) and i had a very wierd dream.. realy wierd..but i think it was just my imagination so i dont think i projected ..:P fuc*ing cell phone :(( (it woke me up :( )

Well, I'm not much for 'the old fashioned way'. To trance you have to relax your body while keeping your mind awake, and just laying there is the best way to go to sleep.
So I recommend exercises to keep your mind busy- Breathing and muscle relaxation at first, light energy work (energy breathing is a way to keep the mind busy while relaxing the body. Then move on to some other type of 'mental work' such as trance visualization (something that mimics the feeling of movement, etc. Then settle into 'noticing' which is just observing the nothingness or 'whatever' that's in front of your eyes. Don't try to 'feel' numb or anything like that, simply pay attention to your 'nothingness' and possibly sounds or sights, if any.
Then, when you feel sleepy, you get to the energy body loosening part. These can be bouncing mental movements that take your conscious awareness out of your body. You can also do 'balloon expansion' breathing, or 'rolling from side to side' not as an exit tech, but as an energy body expanding/loosening tech.

Use an exit technique or three. Switch from technique to technique until you're either out or passed out. Don't stop until you're out. If you feel like giving up, get up physically. But don't just give up and go to sleep. This is counterproductive.
question should i keep my eyes opened or closed? i keep them close all the time :| is that bad? >.<
and of course that is the way i do it ...sit still and mind awake..but i dont think at things...i just lay still :P thinking to much is bad :D

No, thinking uncontrolled verbal chatter is not good for relaxation and trance. There is no problem with thinking, if you think correctly. Visualizations, mental exercises=good. Verbal chatter and worrying=bad. But even verbal chatter and thinking about your problems can be used if in a disciplined way- think those thoughts, observe them, put them in an imaginary balloon and watch them float away.
The thing is not to lose control of your mind- but the mind is what you're using to project, and should be what you focus on.
Yes, an 'empty mind' is the best vehicle and stepping stone to projection, but to get it empty, properly empty, sometimes you have to use it.
