Hi,
I have managed partial astral projection 3 times, but all of my experiences have been spontaneous and not induced at will.
My current problem is that I keep falling asleep when I relax too deeply. This means I'm not able to consciously achieve astral projection.
Can anyone advise on how to solve this problem?
