Title: Progress but not enough in quest for a good OBE
Post by: Harliquin on November 19, 2008, 13:26:26
Hi all, ive actually missed you all, and am glad to be back.

Heres last nights entry to my journal.

Date of  OCCURENCE - TUES 18/11/2008  approx
Time of  OCCURENCE - 11.00 pm approx

Relaxed quickly after laying down, and got to vibrations at good high level, possibly as high as has been achieved so far. Body felt as though it was floating within physical. Problem is i just cant seem to shift outside the perimeter of the physical, i have been trying now on and off since 22/06/08.

I seemed to have more confidence last night than ever before and was hardly scared at all. I want to OBE, and i confidently feel i can, just havent got there yet.

I really want to crack this as im ready now.

most of my astral projections occur right before i wake up versus right after falling asleep.

we have two chances to consciously astral project when we sleep

1. right when we go to sleep

2. right when we wake up

again, most of my experiences occur when i'm waking up as opposed to when i'm falling asleep.

I agree with AT. Most of my experiences happen in the morning. I have had them occur at night but only on rare occasions. There is something to having a "well" rested body that seems to encourage OBE activity.
