Title: Projecting into the Etheric (near physical) dimension

Hi,

If one is in a sleep paralysis state is it possible to project to the Etheric dimension with enough effort?

You only need to breathe in the physical. The most difficult things to pass through are your fears getting there.
If you learn the art these and many other questions can be answered by the experiences you'll have.

Simple answer, yes. With me this happens spontaneously from awaking in full sleep paralysis. I normally shoot out of my feet/legs, down the hallway and out my patio window. But it's kind of confusing because my bedroom window is only 4 feet away from my bed!
