Although I tip my hat to Robert Bruce for his Astraldynamics, because he explained my sleep paralysis, the book that moved me the most was Robert Monroe's Ultimate Journey.  In fact, the night I finished it, I had a full-blown OBE!  I guess I was inspired.

I agree with Tisha. If it is OBE you are aiming for, then Robert's Astral Dynamics is the book.

If it is Astral projection, or phasing, then I totally agree that Robert Monroe's books are a must read. However, you will also find a wealth of information in the Astral Consciousness forum.

i read Astral Dynamics 2 years ago and was anable to put the book down[]
and i got Ultimate Journey last week but i did not like the book.
it was very Confusing and a lot feels kind of made up.
is Robert Bruce makeing a new book about the astral planes?

I´m new here, and i have noticed sometinh interesting that i did´n knew it: there are diferences between OBE and astral projection. Som my first question is: wich one is the diference between them?

Second: i´m from Portugal, a nice country but with very much limitations in what refers to books, specially of that kind (paranormal, etc. In my city it´s even more difficult to find such books, so my question is simple: wich is the best website to learn astral projection (since the very beggining)?
