Today I was able to project to the RTZ and contact my spiritual teacher. Instead of astral projecting he is able to see very clearly into the RTZ by just closing his eyes (astral vision). After making contact with him I emailed him and he confirmed absolutely everything that happened.
Sunday, January 17, 2010 OBE journal entry:
Made contact with Dave at about 4:00 AM. I projected out of body and 'slid'
along the beam of light connecting our two crystal spheres. I arrived and you
appeared to be startled. You asked if I was Kurt and I said that I was. I then
looked at your crystal sphere which was changing colors rapidly and picked it
up. You asked what I was doing and I said I was trying to see if I could detect
any thought based energy programs in it. After holding it to my forehead for a
moment I put it back and said that it was more than I could comprehend. You then
asked what was in my hand and it was the Lemurian crystal I was meditating with.
I tossed it over to you and you caught it. I then explained how you need to be
holding it to contact the non-physical entity named Jasmine. You said you could
not see or hear her. I asked her why you couldn't see her and she told me she
was in the 7th density level. I could not see her either but I could hear her
very well. I then said that I needed to go before I forget everything and then
said goodbye.

3:30 - 4:00 Activated Astral Projection Subroutine (Magnetic Vortex Generator)

Someone that it pretty darn good at astral projection. He has also been helping me develop the assistive technology to help me with astral projection.
I might be missing alo't here but what was it exactly that he was able to verify?

I went to sleep about an hour after the experience and woke up to find an email from him explaining the encounter we had. He described it exactly as I remember. Pretty amazing.

I went to my boyfriend's house via RTZ a couple mornings ago, but he wasn't there, unfortunately. I very much look forward to validating my OBEs someday.

You've mentioned before that you've OBE'd for a long time but have you never been able to get any validations? if I may ask.
This is my first validation with another person.

I've been interested in astral projection for years now, and I've had scattered incidents over the years, but I only started OBEing every night for about 2 weeks now. I've yet to have a validation, its something I look forward to.
So you astral project while you are asleep? Do you ever have lucid dreams? I usually have about 5 lucid dreams per night, I started keeping a dream journal and some of them are pretty bizarre.
For the past few years I have been working on different routines that work best for me. In my journal entries I write down what my training schedule was for the day, so that I can compare it with others days and see which is successful and which is not. I generally do about an hour of martial arts and relaxation / stretching, then energy work for an hour, then I do trance meditation for 30 - 90 minutes and then try an OBE exit technique.

Yep, I have many lucid dreams a night. In fact...when I think of it, I haven't had a, I'll term it "non-lucid" dream since this these experiences began, about 2 weeks ago. Of all the dreams, however, I am only able to turn a fraction of these into APs.
I don't have any experience in martial arts, though my boyfriend and I are currently starting to learn tai chi and yoga.
I would very much like to project from the hypnogogic state, and can induce vibrations within minutes, but they subside within 10 seconds of my realizing they're there...
I have been practicing Tai Chi for about three years, it definitely helps you to become more relaxed which is very important for astral projection. I also practice more physical styles of martial arts which really help to get you physically relaxed and ready to AP.
