Twilight

I have read some texts online, pertaining to magic, and they describe a plane very related to the astral. They say that their is a bunch of sub astral's(if you understand)
It is called the Twilight. They describe it as a chaotic plane with ugliness and immense beauty, ever changing, never stopping energy. Thought of to be "negative".
It is "like looking at the astral through a cloudy mirror."
Has anyone been here, or ever heard of it?i can give a link to the site if you want....
