so the first time i tried this and got vibes, i imagined very light blue, almost see thru(cant think of the word) par of forearms waving around. but my eyes were darting back and forth and it felt like i was having a seizure...at least what i think it would feel like. was i almost there?
Well, unfortunately, not that close... But we can give you some advice..
What's important with visualization techniques is to get so caught up in your visualization that you actually enter it. That's something we usually do when we sleep normally, so you'll want to add some sleep training that'll allow you to stay aware when your body shuts down. The best way is to keep going in and out of sleep; play music, keep the TV on, use alarms; anything that'll cause you to wake up periodically is good. It'll strengthen your ability a lot over time.
Twitching eyes: try "reverse blinking"; you keep your eyes closed, and every 5 seconds or so (with each breath basically), you open them for a split second. It'll relax the eyes a lot and cause your eyelids to go heavy; that usually supresses twitching.
