Day Time OBE

The light really has nothing to do with it.  It's all about being comfortable and not distracted.  Obviously, light is a distraction for you, so you have one of two options if you want to OBE during the day:

1) Find a dark place
2) Cover your eyes when you lay down (with a bandana, hankerchief, etc).

Most of my OBE's are at night, simply because that is when I usually lay down.  However, I have had OBE's during a nap time, and they are equally cool.

It can be exactly the same as a night time OBE.  And it really doesnt matter when you project.  For example, it could be night time but you project to the other side of the Earth where it is daylight...or you go to some astral realm that is lighter than your RTZ.

So your trying to say, when you project, you can project elsewhere other than your position in the RTZ? lol wait a second, I must have missed something completely in these last 8 months now.  Can you explain to me how you get to go elsewhere when project, when, during trance? during the technique? You understand?  

Is this called phasing?  I couldnt understand what that ment and how its different.  Okay soo many questions in one, sorry.

I like doing my AP attempts during night before bed.
I only tried astral phasing once during the day and I found it a little distracting because of things that might pop up. Thats why I love night, I basicly know what will happen and what will not happen. During the night its peacefull, most people are sleeping in my town, and everyone but me is sleeping in our house. Thats the only advantage of doing AP stuff during the night.

I would love having AP's during the day, things would be more "alive".'

During any any AP, there is evil entities and what not. No exeption.

I never projected but I can answer some of your questions.

When you have a RTZ projection, you are free to go anywhere. There are no limits.

When you project into a diffrent Astral Plan, you are free to travel that plane.

Now how do you get places wile APing? Easy. You simply move. Its flying. Many people have problems with moving. They are either moving slow or to fast (no controll). The way to end this is practice. Practice moving around in your house or your yard. Once you accomplished that, you should be ok to fly any where. Also, you sometimes "warp" to a destination. Pretty cool.

How you do this, a projection. Well most commonely, you relax your body, get into a trance state, and do a exit tech (rope).

Yes!  I just did this a week or so ago, when I projected over the coast of the United Kingdom, and it was daylight there, even though in the RTZ where my physical body was (in California), it was still dark-thirty in the morning.

I simply demanded to go visit "So and so in the UK" and trie dot focus in on that person's energy signature.  I then began to fly upwards at an incredible speed, found myself in space, and then swooped back down to the Earth directly over the UK coastline.

I'm not saying this is the best way to travel to the other side of the world, but this is how it happened for me.
