thats the thing there are no notes below, unless im really blind. just like paste a page and point out where the notes are if U can find em lol

I just got a question on the AP: 90 day workbook found on the Astral Dynamics training. Well i started doin it, and I was just wonderin where i can find like the notes of the "Develop Lucid Dream Objectives (See notes Below)" (Day 1), "Develop Mind Split Objectives - (See notes below)" (Day 3), "Walk-thru (Astral Perspective - 3 minutes (See notes below)", etc. well i dont see any notes below, maybe they are located somewhere else or whatnot? if someone could direct me to these notes that'd be great thx
