Title: Question about AP practice

Does anyone find it hard to practice astral projection or even meditate while you're in a severely depressed or emotional state?  Last night I had a small fight with my girlfriend and I found I could not meditate, practice ap or even sleep for that matter.  How do you concentrate under moments of heightened emotional stress?

One of the big keys to successfully projecting is being able to concentrate.
Anything that's going to cause an interruption to that process is really going to hinder you.

It's not easy... but as Noy said, it just takes practice.
HOWEVER, I do suggest not to use it as a means of escape or ignoring your loved ones.  :)
Work out your issues first, THEN go practice later.
