I will look for it on these forums, but there is a free "Abyss" hemi-sync somewhere here.  Its 1:00:00 long so It should last for any trial run.  I havent tried it yet though

Hey guys

I tried the free hemi sync once and ended up with ringing ears, which I understand is not a good sign (not healthy).  So I stopped.  It was quite uncomfortable as well.

I think the Monroe Institute also sell CDs but probably quite pricey...

I have the ringing ear for about a month. I used the hemisync couple times. But I dont think I got it from that.
After I started doing the chakra work I am hearing the buzz.. like the inscet sound. Itz always out there, but when I focus, it gets intense. I still can't find what that noise is.. :-)

Tools can be found at the following links:

Neuro Programmer 2 from Transparent Corp (2 week trial download with loaded presets):

https://www.transparentcorp.com/products/np/download.php

Mind Workstation from Transparent Corp (2 week trial download, better than NP2 in my opinion):

http://www.transparentcorp.com/products/mindws/download.php

Brainwave Generator Shareware Version, have to buy to import free presets that you can also get from the site:

http://www.bwgen.com/download.htm

If you feel really adventurous you can use a P2P program (which I will NOT go into here!) and find some tracks that way also.
I dont reccomend this nor condone it because it is illegal to download copyrighted content. You have been warned.

Honestly I have tried using hemi sync cds but I havnt had any results. I am prone to have many OBE's a month but I have insomnia and cant get to the desired states in the hemi sync cds. Specifically i tried using The monroe institute tapes as well as the abyss
I wandered slowly there
I saw a field where a thousand corpses lie
Angels sang the hymn of the end
About monsters which they fought
Over our world

Wow 13!  That's a whole lot of valuable information!  Thank you so much.  I hope one of those will get me out of my body LOL  :-D

If you have access to practically any of the 'pro' music editor apps like Cool Edit Professional or Cakewalk, you can add hemi-sync to your own music files.  The best approach is to start in the beta state and work slowly downward through alpha and then to the cusp between alpha and theta (~7-8 Hz) Theta brainwaves indicate a trance like state and alpha are awake but relaxed.  Beta is full waking.  The magic number is actually 7.8 Hz (from my own research)  and works best when you work downward to it like I mentioned, because your brainwaves need to adjust slowly, they cant just 'jump into' a deeper state.... (I should also mention that 7.8 Hz is the fundamental node of the Shuman resonance of the earth's electromagnetic field!)

Having said that, I made a few MP3's (available on my website) for free... they have brainwave tech embedded and were made to relaxing music that I composed myself.  They are not very long though so I recommend playing them on 'repeat' and of course listen through stereo headphones to get the hemi-sync effect.  I don't consider them the best by any means... but hey I had fun creating them, and they worked for some people :)

I just checked, apparently I had linked the files on astral society which is now down... Give me a day or so to upload them to my own server, and change the links on the site.
