No OOBE But Interesting Sensations....

wow that sounds similar to what I experienced last night!

I felt like an "inner" (astral?)head was turning left and at a downwards angle inside my "physical" head..hard to describe and a weird feeling..at the time I was listening to a bwgen file I had created, about a week ago I was listening to a bwgen preset that is meant to stimulate/balance the chakras and I felt a weird sensation on the top of my head, like someone's hand was lightly touching my head...guess they must be working huh? hehehe

I recently started up again my attempts to OOBE.  I haven't had any (that I can recall) but, in one recent attempt, interesting sensations happened.  I was in a deep trance state, i believe.  My body was heavy, relaxed, and paralysed.  Then I imagined a rolling action to try to leave my body.  I think my physical head fell down to one side of the bed, but it very strange and felt like my head was turning around and sinking into my bed.  Very interesting sensations pursued, and after a while of deep trance without my knowledge of an OOBE, I decided to end my attempt and go to sleep (I cant sleep on my back so I roll over on my stomach).  I slowly try to lift the trance and regain control of my paralysed arms like I do after my sessions.  This time, though, my right arm seemed to lift up by itself and creep up my body.  I felt it lift up to the side of my head but also felt it change instantly from there to a different point above my stomach, and it started to tingle very much.  After awhile I willed myself out of it and went to bed...  Can anyone make any sense out of this?
