I have been practicing every night for a week now. I have noticed vibe progression every time.
Last night, using Boxed Nirvana II, I was able achieve vibes in the picture.
Previously, I had never felt vibes in my face, I had never felt the very extreme vibes, and I had never felt like my heart was made of lead.
I was taking full capacity breaths, and it seemed like this was helping to intensify the vibes.

Now, am I supposed to achieve the very intense vibes engulfing my whole body, and then letting them fade away?
...before I try to move my ethereal arms or use exit techniques?
btw, I am working on reading through: http://www.astraldynamics.com/tutorials/astral-projection/index.html
...haven't gotten to the NEW Energy Ways yet
some people say that the best time to exit is when the vibes fade away, but personally its never worked for me. robert monroe (famous author regarding OBEs) says that the best time it to make the vibes so intense that they become simply a warm tingly feeling. INTENSE vibes are at around 30 pulses per second. you goal is to raise it so high that all you can feel is warm tingling.
but then again im not the most experienced
"Now, am I supposed to achieve the very intense vibes engulfing my whole body"
Well it seems it's different for everybody. What happens to me is the vibes start off in my head only. I don't feel them much anywhere else. Once I get them so strong in my head Im able to exit quite easily. If I can raise them even halfway to the most extreme I've felt Im able to force myself out.
Vibes are the start of the separation. They become more intense and finer gradually and after a certain point you feel light as air and all noises vanish suddenly. This is when you are out.
If they simply fade, it usually means failure to separate.
Well all this is not written in stone, just my personal experience.

I agree. Also I can't say I've ever experienced localized vibrations... they're always all encompassing. My advice... don't think about the hows, the wheres or the whens while in the vibrations. All it takes is a bit of auditory hallucination to distract me and before I know it the vibes fade and I'm awake... place your entire focus on embracing the vibes, and like meditation without any mental chatter.
It is an odd looking map for vibrations- I do not mean anything personal- just cannot remember having intense vibrations in my arms, unless I was directing some sort of healing energy to my arms- which I have tried from time to time to help combat a neurological difficulty. Generally, that intensity is more in the center- the core of the body from head to heart, and the other locations seem more secondary. You should be able to direct them to various places. How? Hmm. . .I guess, just by thinking about it. From early experiences, I have learned to intensify them and raise the frequency to a point that it is pretty much second nature now. It takes practice, and patience. When I was doing this early exploration, I spent months in the "experiment with vibrations" part. It took me a long time to get used to the vibrations, learn to manipulate the frequency and location- before I had any success with "leaving".
maybe I am focusing too much on my arms/hands....
last night I had to stop because the vibes in my arms/hands were so violent it was painful and discomforting
Like someone said, the vibes change how they work, so if you decide that the best exit time is going to be at some point in them, this may change with experience. When I first started consciously projecting, I had very definite vibes that went up and down my body and loud noises and sensations in my heart chakra area. In a year or so, they were less strong, but I still could exit when they were happening. A year after that, I had to wait until they were gone to exit, sometimes minutes after, and now I don't get exit vibes at all.
In other words, none of this should be written in stone, and if something works at one point, it doesn't mean it will always will at the same point. You have to go with the flow with this type of thing. As your energy body (or consciousness evolution) changes, so should your attitude/techniques.
