Questions about exploring the physical universe

I agree. I think it would be awesome to travel to places in this realm, as well as the astral. I would like to maybe explore the ocean, or maybe sit inside the sun for a while. I'd like to explore the universe and see other lifeforms. I'd be interested in hearing people's experiences about these.

Finally someone thats in the same boat as I =P  I too am more interested by far in the physical world than the astral realm and all those other planes of existance. I am really interested in the others but I'de love to explore the physical realm and check on people that I know first and maybe spark an interest in them when I eventually start calling them to sorta prove this stuff to them.  

I will be spending a lot of my time learning how to make sure I'm in the physical realm instead of the astral one if you want to send messages to me to talk about some of this stuff privately , my names are as follows.

well i still have not astral projected out into the upper "realms" as it were, yet. but i do get flashes of the physical universe...you know, a flash of being above the couch in the living room, above plants outside. these usually are very vivid and electric, but extremely short-lived.

but these do not feel out of body in any way...i think (if anything) i am getting clairvoyant flashes. this must be the same kind of thing one sees when one starts doing Remote Viewing.

incidentally, i did kinda see the red and white surface of a planet when i was thinking about our nearest stellar neighbor. who knows!

I do not trust space travel because as one wanders away from their body, they are absorbed (in theory) into the Astral Dimension. We have all heard accounts of the Alice effect. Since we are wandering deeply distant from our surroundings, the Alice effect could open up on us in ways one could not imagine. Reality shifts too caught throw someone into the Astral (and have them believe that they are in the physical still).

Mind you, my opinion is merely speculative at this point. I would have to AP first or do some sort of Space travel to come to the conclusion myself on anything.

Take note that in regards to other life forms, there are many different accounts on the internet about this (conspiracy theories on hostile, benevolent otherworld societies and cultures). In one case, I read about how aliens are trying to harvest humanity. In another case, we have someone saying that they are here but do not intervene out of good reason. The Raelians, for example, say that life was genetically engineered by an Otherworld society by means of advanced cloning (note that I do not believe that we were cloned because a cloned society would be entirely homogenous to eachother. A disease would have killed us all by now).
Mediums, and AP'ers also express varying accounts on things like this, and when you look at the grand picture (based on their accounts, which draw insight from channeling spirits, or astral projection), they do not coincide or add up. They are made to seem authentic, but should be entirely be trusted.

Stuff like this is best taken in good stride, with a light attitude, and an open mind.

Hi all,

I have some questions about your experiences/thoughts on exploring the physical universe and time. I know most of the talk here is about exploring the astral realm (and other higher places) of imagery, symbolism and entities, but I have a strong interest in the physical realm too.

I tried to do a search but the function does not work for me, so forgive me if this has already been discussed at length before.

Specifically, I am interested in voyaging to other planets out there, viewing other life forms living in the physical elsewhere in the universe. I am also interested in travelling back into the past of our own Earth...seeing long dead civilizations etc.

I am not sure if many others are interested in this sort of thing. I am interested in the higher forms of consciousness and reality also, but to me this sort of physical realm exploration is important (perhaps only at the beginning of astral pursuits). I guess I just need to get it out of my system.

So, do you know of any posts, websites specifically about this more mundane type of travel?
