Going back to your younger physical self?

I've been told its possible when out in the astral that you can "re enter" your younger self in the physical. Can this be done? anyone done it or is it a load of baloney.

I'd say that this is unlikely, but anything is possible. To re-enter a younger "physical" body would amount to time travel, and although I think that time travel is perhaps possible, I've never heard of it being done this way. Who knows though?....
