Meeting / Support groups?

The reason for me asking the above question is that I have been trying for a few years to have an OOBE with NO success.  I have read every book I could find on the topic and other simular topics.  Inclueding books that were out of print.  Please let me know if any one knows about any Meeting / Support groups so that I might find some help in my quest.

Hi Tom!

The International Association of Near Death studies has support groups all over the country. The chapter near us invites NDE'ers, OBE'ers, and interested parties.

You can probably find contact info for your local IANDS support group at www.iands.org - Don't ask on the message board (you'll get reams of responses as to why you shouldn't try for an OBE), but rather look through the links for the support group info.

Then contact the group coordinator and find out if that group welcomes OBE'ers and interested parties.  They may still try to discourage you, it depends on the group dynamic.

Maybe TMI has support group info. I think this message board is good, and you can find support here.
