i'm quite new to OBE's and I have several questions. My first one is how do you stop reality fluctuations? its really irritating when your project and you don't know if anythings real or not, will they start to disappear the more I project or will doing more energy work or anything like that help?? my second question is how do you tell the difference between the real time zone and the astral plane? if you can effect things around you (open doors ect.) does it mean your in the astral? and my third question is how do i stay out for longer, i dont seem to be able to project outside of my physical body for longer than 5 minuets or so??

i would greatly appreciate any answers thanks.

Lex,

The secret if there is a secret is "not" to try stop these flutuations , just go with the flow and you will end up where you need to go. Relax

Good question. I'm not sure if I've ever been to the astral plane (if I have then it hasn't been as real to me as the RTZ). Generally if you end up out of your body and in your room or house then you're probably in the RTZ. I've never had the experience of having the RTZ do anything else.

and my third question is how do i stay out for longer, i dont seem to be able to project outside of my physical body for longer than 5 minuets or so??

From my understanding it's mainly conditioning, just trying to add a few more minutes everytime. And also energy work, you might try the NEW system, Yoga, martial arts, etc.

I think (if I remember correctly) it's easier to stay out on the astral plane than the RTZ.

Surely it wouldn't make any difference in the RTZ if one is relaxed or not when viewing distortions. One can be calm as anything or anxious but it has no bearing what the person see's in the RTZ and how accurate what they are seeing really is.

It makes one heck!! of a difference I have being doing OBE for 40 years have experience and know what I am talking about,

Of course he can just go ahead and keep straining and striving and maybe he will get somewere by doing it this way. I learned the easy way, not the difficult

Hmmm it appears I stand corrected.

So you saying the more at ease you are in the RTZ there then the more accurate your viewing?

so do you not see reality fluctuations any more or do you see through them some how? and if so how long did it take for you to get around them?
