Really close again, but it just won't let go.

Well last night I managed to get all the signs of splitting.
I got small vibrations, my body felt as if it was like 1 meter above me I was experiencing with ROPE technique and counting my breaths.

I counted my breaths to 100 and I found myself in a deep rexalive trance.
Splitting signs already occured then, but I thought I would continue with the ROPE tecnique.. Imaginating I was pulling myself upwards with a rope.
It actually worked a bit, I nodded off for like a couple of seconds but this wierd noise woke me up, it was a knock.

I ignored it and was a bit happy that it had waked me up a bit, I started to see a bright white lite actually and I just continued with ROPE, all of the sudden my arm jerked a bit and I could move a couple of fingers.
Now if I really wanted to I could get out of bed at any moment I think..

I continued and I felt lighter and lighter, I was really sure I was about to project.. My feet felt as if they had splitted , also my arms.. but my head? Dunno maybe I got stuck.

Maybe I get stuck every damn time?

What should I do?

In my experience, whenever I have gotten 'stuck,' it's almost ALWAYS due to one of any number of things:

1) Fear
2) Doubt
3) Over-excitedness
4) Lack of focus

The good news is that no matter what the cause, I have found a way to overcome this problem 100% of the time.

Whenever I find myself stuck, I just relax, take a few deep astral breaths (because at this point, you are really operating outside of the physical-body mentality), and will myself to become lighter.

In doing so, I ALWAYS feel the experience become much more lucid, and much more realistic.  It becomes easier to control, and separation is as simple as removing a hand from a glove.

In reality, I don't believe you are physically leaving your body, but instead, shifting your focus into another level of awareness.....and this difficulty making the shift is what we perceive as being stuck, or held down.  By taking a few deep breaths, just imagine this shifting focus level becoming smooth and seamless.  That should do the trick.

Well thanks, yea I also belive it's just a point of consciousness shift, so I will try to take a few deep breaths when I feel split but not fully then imagine myself completly releasing.

Yeah I will try that.

Can I ask how many times a month you approximetly manage to Astral Project or have an Out of Body experience.

That actually all depends.  Things fluctuate with me, depending on how much time and focus I have to devote towards projecting my consciousness elsewhere.  On average, if you sum up all my prior projections during the last 6 years, I probably average one every week.  This week, however, I have had multiple projections the last 4 nights.  It all depends on how preoccupied my mind is, how tired I am, etc.

I did it!!! Although I kept on counting breaths and imaginating that I was floating. I think I wasted alot of time, because I thought I had splittet but I was scared that I wasn't so I waited and waited.

So when I finally kinda gave up I got up and I was in the astral :D

Got a awesome experience, it all lasted like 10 mins in the real time zone and faded into a lucid dream / or somewhere in the astral realm and I was there for 30-40 mins..
