I tried that once and all it did was make my husband a very happy man!..lol.

On a more serious note.. Wantsumrice.(cute name by the way) Feeling these beings are natural.  If you feel they are negative I wouldn't try and communcate with them, just acknowledge them and then go about your business!  I have found that they will just leave you alone.  Of course I am no expert and am sure, more can go into detail on what you can do. []

after my first OBE i was able to sense a couple non physical beings in my room but i was too frightened to do anything or react to it so i just pulled my blanket over me and tried to sleep....but i kept feeling them.  my question is when you come upon these beings what can you do? how do you communicate with them and what other things can you do with them and how?

haha its a lotta questions but im really really really curious
