I'm really new to this sort of thing, as you could tell from my last thread. Anyways, I've been trying OBE for about 2 weeks now, and only once in that time did I reach the vibrations stage and it lasted very short. The problem I am seeing is I don't think I know when my body is relaxed. Should I be getting some sort of feeling or just the feeling that my body wont move and all the muscles are not tight?

Relaxtion usually means a releasing of tensions in the muscles. One method of noticing what relaxation feels like is to systematically tense each muscle group, starting from your feet, until you feel it begin to strain, then release it. This will imediately teach you what relaxation should feel like. You might want to do it a few times at first.
Nb when I say strain, I don't mean tense until you feel pain. Simply until it feels slightly uncomfortable in that region from tensing.
Yea I usually get pains in my shin muscles from bmxing and i usually strain the hell outta them like you said, so that it feels good after and isn't bothering me.
