so once i reach this relaxed state i tried to imagine my self in a store everthing was going well, i was looking at my hands and rubbing them together and then i got sucked back into my body.. i am underting why things didn't get clearer. It took me 2 hours to reach this state... and i was very relaxed.
When you say you got sucked back in to your body do you mean you projected and then abruptly returned, or that you were phasing and somewhere down the line your awareness shifted completely back to the physical? (I.e. The process was still being undertaken)
I guess, he was talking about to returned back.
