anyone in the same club i am in, where you get to the intense vibrational stage then when you feel a sensation of falling or floating you get too exited and never astral project?

I was in almost that same situation a few nights ago.  I got to the point where I felt the most noticeable vibrations that I've noticed as of yet.  Of course, being as it was a new experience, I was quite surprised and shocked by it.  Luckily it didn't scare me, but I did get a little too excited I think, and lost my focus.  I understand your problem.  It is very hard to stay calm and indifferent to everything when you think you might be very close.

i heard staying up for 5 days straight help inducing obe's

To me that just sounds like a bad idea.

robert bruce said he did it and when he walked he felt like his spirit was trying to project

I have, at many times in my life, been prone to bouts of insomnia.  There have been times whan I have gone a few nights in a row, sleeping only like two or three hours a night.  I have had soem very odd feeling at these times, as well as feeling downright horrible.  It runs the body down so badly that I can see where Robert Bruce is coming from stating that he felt that way.

I'm with you. Bro. Same experience. But now i kinda lost some interest. I always fell asleep whenever i started to visualize and energy raising.  :|  :-(

But i kinda improved on remembering my dreams. I remembered my dreams almost everyday. That's one positive improvement.  :-D :-D
Still can't go lucid in my dream though. Even with affirmations. Not sure which area i did wrong. Maybe my affirmations was not strong enough. Another thing that improved is my visualization. It's getting clearer and more vivid but still less in color i think. Kinda like it materializes in front of my closed eyes rather than inside my head. Still a long way to go. I'll just accept what my higher self wants to teach me first.

on the upside for me everyday i can also remember my dreams, everyday i have had semi lucid dreams about having sex.

It happened this morning again, I felt the powerful "whoosing" energy flowing through my body. In my mind I knew i was close. But the problem was that it was morning and the house was noisy, any smaller noise would kick me off that state, and it did.

The biggest problem with my attempts are the noises around, my mother has 2 dogs and they will make noise just at any time, the same applies to my father :-P

Flow...

Yes thanks to my previous post about vivid visual, i manage to go lucid in my dream. Now i understand why some says the colors is more vivid there. It is indeed vivid in color. I felt i could remember almost everything. Though my projection is more in a dream rather than RTZ. I met an ET. Haha.  :-D . It's a good start IMHO. Too excited yet don't know what to do. Hope it could happen again.

Not the same kind of 'bad idea'.  Staying up for 5 days can get you hallucinating and having temporary psychosis.  There's a chance you can get in a car and hurt people.  And, if you have temp. psychosis the guys in the white suits may not know it's temporary.
IMO AP has it's risks, but not in the same class.

I can only get to the vibrations
