  hey all, I have a couple quick questions. Is there such thing as astral projecting to much? if so, what would be a moderate amount of projections per month?

It all depends on the individual. If you start to feel overwhelmed with it -- mentally and spiritually -- to the point where it's interfering with life, then you need to take a break.
