Title: REM a good time to project?
Post by: Klaxen_2008 on March 20, 2013, 22:20:11
Of course you are unaware when you are in that sleep stage but is REM a good time to attempt to project if you know you are in that state somehow? or is after REM better?

It's the most common time to project.

You will know you are in REM because you will become paralysed... it's called Sleep paralysis.

This is the state our body goes into so that we are properly sedated to gather and decode information about our physical lives called 'dreaming'. It stops us from acting out our excursions physically.

After REM you sleep... or wake up.
