What happened here please its confusing me

Hi all I have not been on any forums with this before but I have had OBE's before so I am no stranger to them and I needed some talk and advice and help on a recent strange experience. I will try and keep it as brief as I can as I don't want to drone on and on.

I have experienced myself in the RTZ before and been able to scoot around the astral also with some degree of consciousness although the time out can be often very limited. Its all very amazing also. What happened in my experience last night was different: I believe I may have "re entered" my younger self from 10 years ago, yes I know it sounds nuts but it seems to had happened or at least it was a damn realistic mock up of it. The interesting part is also not long before this (about 4 days prior) I was imagining my life how I used to be and where I used to be as I was living in another location at that time 10 years back and was just a punk teen lol.

What happened was I went to bed as normal last night and had the usual sleep paralysis and OBE exit routine etc etc which i'm all used to, then next thing I know I find myself "waking" from my bed in my old house, in my old bed, in my old room EVERYTHING was how it was and how I remembered it from 10 years back. I also looked at myself and saw my younger body I knew how old I was and where I was and what year it was. After hanging around for a few minutes acting rather confused, I then heard a big whooossshhh sort of noise and was transported back into my physical body here. It seemed to last all about at least 5 minutes when I think in reality it only seemed to last less than a minute or only mere seconds.

My question to you all is simple- does anyone have any idea what the hell just happened to me?!?!?!? did I go back in time? which I find hard to believe. Is this anything anyone else has experienced? peace all  .

Sounds like a mental projection- with mental projections the concept of the experience is what determines, not the place.  So it could have been in the astral or even etheric, but the projection itself was of the mental type.
You could be reliving a past experience from a different perspective, or just remembering it as it happened, or some other way.

Perhaps this is the Focus 15 "state of no time", I cant think of a better description for it.

A mental projection you say? but thing is it was as real as now.

A mental projection has nothing to do with it's reality- as I said before, a mental projection can happen in the RTZ, astral or any other plane.  What makes it 'mental' is the content, and your description (with all the possible ways to interpret it) sounds like one.  It's giving you a conceptual problem, for you to figure out.  Which makes it 'mental'.

As far is I know, when you project their is no "Time" , so maybe when you were a teen you projected consciously but don't remember therefore when u projected, it got linked to the other one?
Pretty confusing.
