Nonphysical Help and Guidance for OBE...

Something I will (OK, may- fear) experiment with more is ACCEPTING help and guidance more with OBE. I get the idea from 'Reconnective Healing', where angels, spririts, and many things like colors and lights are seen during the healing, suggesting that the healing happens with much help, and to great benefit.

Barbara Brennan heals with the help of guides and angels and such. Moving my ego out of the way, this seems like a very beneficial thing for OBE too. Monroe said he had his greatest when he let the greater self do the driving. But what if 'they' go where 'I' don't want to. Trust.
