Last night I had another very bizarre experience from within a dream. I was not lucid, but somehow I woke up from the dream enough to have the mindset of "rolling" out of my body and I tried.. in which the dream scape suddenly changed and I saw my bedroom like it was in real time.. and I could feel and see myself separate from my body by "rolling" out BUT..
The harder I tried to roll out my neck felt like it was being constantly tworted and wrenched (like a crick in the neck) and I felt extreme pain come from it as I would try to roll over even more, so I let it calm down and woke up.
Any idea what could be causing this sort of pain sensation? I got scared because it started to hurt my neck and I was afraid that I would break it or develop a serious crick.
