Actually, it was my left side...(I felt like I was rolled over slightly towards the left).

That happens to me all the time. I can just be sitting somewhere relaxed and feel my 'body' spinning and twisting all around. I always just get into it and swing it around some more! http://www.astralpulse.com/forums/images/icon_Smile_big.gif" border=0>

Hi Daniel.

I experience the same in my arms and hands, when my body get's that heavy feeling my arms usually feels like they're more bent and my hands feels like they are at a completely different posision than where they are actually realy resting.

I often thought that this might be my etheric double's arms, but it's only a thought since I haven't had a concious OBE yet so I wouldn't truly know. It definately feels real though.

Heh heh. I took that feeling and *pushed,* and made it partially out of my body for the first and only time. (So far!)

I get that feeling a lot when I try to project. But I can also get it when I am not. Sometimes I get it if I am just laying down to relax or sitting somewhere. It feels like my body is in a different position that it really is. Sometimes it even feels like I am spinning around, not in a dizzy pass out kind of feeling, but like I can feel my etheric or astral body moving around. I also think that this could be me being conscious of my other bodies, but I am not totally sure it this is correct.

Alice had got so much into the way of expecting nothing but out-of-the-way things to happen, that it seemed quite dull and stupid for life to go on in the common way.

For me it is always like I am leaning or falling forward.  And usually when I am sitting.  The only thing that happens sometimes when I am laying down is a tremendous spinning, but usually only when I am sick also. (and not from drinking cause I don't)

Ok- well, at least I know I am not a lone on this one!  Anyway, although I occassionally have OBE's- I wonder if the more "experienced" OBEr's in here who can detach easily experience this sometimes/everytime they OBE?

Hello!

Sometimes when I am sitting meditating, I feel as though my head is being pulled to one side, or there has been a strong pulling sensation at the back of my neck, other times I have become aware that I couldn't feel the rest of my body, and that 'I' was situated somewhere in the region of my forehead.

All good wishes,
Barbara

Greetings!

I have a quick question: sometimes as I am relaxing and getting ready to enter the trance state (laying on my back in bed), I suddenly feel like my body/head is tilted to the right side.  The first time it happened I really thought that I had somehow rolled over slightly to my side....is this common or I am I just weird?

If anyone has had a similar experience or knows about this, please share your thoughts.  Thanks!
