Xanth's Binaural

Hey guys,

I've been on the Astral Pulse now since '07, mainly just as a guest trying to learn what I could about the subject. I would say I became interested in obe in that year by stumbling onto it one day. I was online reading on meditation and research took me to the Holosync website, they deal with binaurals so you can see how I ended up on the obe subject.
It wasn't long till i discovered the Pulse, and six years later I'm glad to say I'm still around I've learned a lot over the years reading much material, I tell you though no matter how much you read they all say pretty much the same thing.

Months after in 2008 I had a false awakening experience, wether it was my first ever I don't know but after becoming aquainted with the subject one doesnt dismiss it so easy.

I think what helped it was that I was really tired that night, my mother usually woke me up this was back when I was 16 a junior in high shool. So I she called my name once I woke,.looked around felt the pillow went back to sleep. I hear my name again wake up and I'm like ok I gotta go sometime, so I get dressed...go brush my teeth as I'm looking in the mirror my name gets called again and I wake. Now my mother has no idea im awake or sleeping for she's in her room still. It's kinda like the alarm clock method. So yea I was very tired, went back to sleep easy but I needed to go to school so I got up thus creating a false awakening. It was awesome to have had that experience its unfortunate that I've not been able to have more.

Oh yea I titled this xanths binaural and I forgot to mention it. 
Xanth had a 60 min beat on his website which I downloaded to my phone one night to try, so yea I was laying on my back not trying to kove can remember how long into it maybe 30 min or more my heart started racing and I got some vibrations on my chest area couldnt control it felt like I didn't have any breath so I moved and it all went away. But yea thanks xanth for that beat I've tried others to no luck so one that brough on at least some sensation was pretty cool.
