Verified OBEs

This is a thread in which to post the OBEs you've verified for yourself, and also those that you know of that have been verified. It's time for us to focus more on the 'hows' and the 'evidences' of these things. In the words of Captain Picard of the Enterprise...

"Let's see what's out there."

I suggest this format: two asterisks (**) then experience in brief. For instance...

** In my first experience where I walked through the walls to the kitchen and found it still lighted inside the walls, an occurrence later verified through my reading. I then saw what my mom was doing in the kitchen and verified it to my satisfaction.

** I saw Louis OBE one time. We had a conversation. I wasn't fully aware and was dazed, but knowing Louis I knew he would be fully aware and clear. I decided before sleep to dress myself in an unusual fashion. Talking to Louis the next day I didn't bring it up at all. I waited for him to for my verification, for I knew he knew fully. He volunteered that we met and had a conversation OBE, and he told me the unusual apparel I was wearing. It verified more so the OBE itself, my ability, and Louis' immaculate OBE ability.

** Robert Monroe visited two friends of his, and confirmed their whereabouts, dress, and actions. It was a couple, the husband supposed to be in bed sick. In contrast to his expectations, Robert Monroe found the couple outside, on the way somewhere. He confirmed their unexpected whereabouts, their clothing, and the time of the occurrence, as well as the general lay of the land in the area around their home.

** Robert Monroe was very skeptical of a medium, which reportedly had two guides helping her, a deceased husband and an Indian if I remember right. Monroe was very skeptical, for their answers to his questions were very vague. He was ushered out-of-body to a séance of hers by two nonphysical beings fitting the descriptions of her guides. Not only did Monroe verify who was there and what they were wearing, including confirming people he hadn't seen before and clothing he'd never seen those he knew wear before. Robert Monroe confirmed things that were said there, AND the medium confirmed Monroe's visit, making direct reference to him WHILE HE WAS IN THE ROOM in the out-of-body state, apparently able to perceive his nonphysical presence. Monroe took it upon himself to sit in a chair, and one of the incoming visitors unknowingly went to sit where Monroe was invisibly sitting, and the medium announced this causing much laughter, all confirmed by Monroe on investigation with the medium later.

** Most amazing to me, Robert Monroe went to visit a friend on vacation, and found her in an unexpected location with two people he'd never seen before. He confirmed the people with the lady friend, their dress, and not only this. He chose to mark the occasion and pinched the lady, the lady letting out a shriek of pain. He not only later confirmed the location and the people that were her, who were I think her nieces, and their dress and hair color and such, BUT ALSO THE LADY SHOWED HIM A BRUISE, RIGHT WHERE HE PINCHED HER.

** Albert Taylor was very skeptical of OBE. He went to a metaphysccal class and the teacher explained paralysis and told him he was experiencing OBE. He challenged it, and she told him next time he experienced paralysis to come to her and see. He experienced it every night so told her he'd go that night. He did and verified the sleeping arrangements of her and her husband, which was unusual, what she was wearing, the make out of the house, etc., all of which was confirmed. She also stated she had a dream of him at the foot of her bed, which is where he was standing upon entering.
