Hello my mom told me this  whne she was a little girl she was playing outside her house with her 4 brothers and her mother my mom was kind off sick for few days
so she was playing all the sudden my mom passed out  she rember floating above her body looking down at her mother and her brothers theyr were shaking her
and then she got pulled back to her body my english sucks hhee

The closest I have ever got to getting an obe was when I was sick with the flu. So yeah I think being sick does help in a way.

I had a really bad cold when I was young. I had a 104 degree temp for a few days. I woke up one night to see a war being fought on my body with miniature soldiers and boundaries marking the sides. I also kept seeing something peek out of my closet at me.
